Helo dear Vodafone

Since April 2021 I am a Vodafone customer and using "Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable" tariff.

Is it possbile to change to another one which is started from 10.08 - «GigaCable Max 1000» with the price of 39,99 Euro per month?

So, if yes - I would like to change my tariff to «GigaCable Max 1000». How can I do that?

Hi cidyuk,

if you are currently paying more than 39.99 euros and are still in the minimum contract period, switching to CableMax will unfortunately not work.

Hello Thomas!

I am in a grace period right now (paying 24.99).

When I signed up with Vodafone, I was told that I can test the speed for 6 months and then change the tariff to a lower one. So, if changing to CableMax would not work - I would like to change my tariff to "Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable".

How can I do that?

sorry, you can’t switch to CableMax. It is free to change to a cheaper rate after 6 months.

the rate change has been ordered. It will be automatically executed and confirmed on 29.09.
