Hi Team,

I am moving to a new flat tomorrow and I currently have 1000Mb/s Cable internet.
I believe the only internet available is 100Mbit.
I cant find home to make the change online and my German is really terrible so calling customer service is not an option.
Can one of the mods here help me?
