    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I move to my new apartment on the first of September(1.09.2021), and at the new address, Vodafone does not provide kabel internet,&amp;nbsp; which is necessary for me to work. &lt;STRONG&gt;Do I understand correctly that according to&amp;nbsp; § 46 Abs. 8 Satz 3 TKG, the earliest possible day of the contract termination is 3 months after I move to a new place (or the start of my new rent contract), so for me, this date is 1.12.2021?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;12 days ago I wrote an email to &lt;SPAN class="qu"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="gD"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;kundenservice@unitymedia.de, that I would like to terminate my contract and I'm moving to the new place at 1st of September, but I still didn't have any reply. &lt;STRONG&gt;Is it ok that I don't have any reply except for an automatically generated message just after my email? &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;So I would like to terminate my current contract as soon as possible and send back to Vodafone the equipment I rent from the company. &lt;STRONG&gt;What is the address where I should send the equipment? &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class="qu"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="gD"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;At the present moment, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="qu"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="gD"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;due to the absence of any reply from the company, I have to travel with Vodafone devices through all of Germany which is not really comfortable for me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This email address is only valid for consumers in Hesse, Northrhine-Westphalia and Baden-Württemberg. If you live in any other federal state, this email adress is NOT valid for you - you'll instead have to use the &lt;A href="https://www.vodafone.de/contact/rf/contactform.jsp" target="_self"&gt;contact form&lt;/A&gt; -or- write a letter to Erfurt...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyhow it's better not to directly cancel but instead to report a move. Vodafone will then check if they can provide you the services and in case they cannot will cancel the contract in accordance to the Telecommunications law.&lt;/P&gt;
