      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Vodafone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used the moving service to inform you of my move abroad to cancel the vodafone cable contract. I did not know that the service will continue 3 months after the date I set there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to change the date to earliest possible? Example the date I informed about the move on the 8th of June 2021 so that the internet will not be active 3 months for nothing after I have moved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, that is not possible. According to German law (TKG §46), a notice period of 3 months applies, starting with the date of the move. You then have to prove it, e.g. with the official de-registration certificate.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And please note that the devices you have provided for use must be returned within 14 days of the end of the contract, otherwise you will be charged.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The point is that after the end of August I will be out of the country and won't pay for the internet I do not use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I informed of the move 3 months prior and even I will leave a bit earlier than that from the country I am fine paying the 3 months of the internet from the announced move. The contract should be cancelled on the day of the move and not 3 months later as I have informed you well in advance about my termination.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I just cancel the contract some other way? I really thought if I inform you 3months earlier than my move there would not be any problems. In other countries I have lived it is never a problem if the move is announced well in advance. The same goes for my flat, my job, everything. I announced it to all of them the same time and each said that at the end of august you are free as you informed us 3 months before the moving date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
