      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, I did this mistake and did not know that due to some wrong info I got way before. Is there any possibility to make an exception here for my contract to allow me to only upgrade it to 1K mbps for 39? that really helps me. thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Here, € 9.99 is due for the early contract change and the minimum contract period starts again.&lt;BR /&gt;There are no exceptions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
