Hi, I am moving to another apartment on 01.09.2021, there is no vodafone how can I terminate the contract?

Please notify the move via the moving service in MeinVodafone. If the contract cannot be performed at the new address, the contract will be terminated with the statutory period of 3 months from the relocation date.
If you simply send a cancellation now, your contract will be terminated as desired, but you will be charged all basic fees up to the regular end of the contract as a compensation payment.
And if DSL from Vodafone is available at your new place of residence and you switch there, Vodafone even waives the 3 month notice period and the cable contract is terminated on the day the DSL contract is switched on.

"Bis 12.07.21 zählte das Umzugsdatum oder das Meldedatum zur Berechnung. Je nachdem, was später erfolgte. Neu ist jetzt, dass der Meldetag für die 3 Monate herangezogen wird. Heißt also, ist der Umzug größer 3 Monate in Zukunft, wird zum Umzugstag beendet. Bei weniger als 3 Monaten zählt für die Berechnung der Meldetag, unabhängig vom Umzugsdatum. Es hat sich also in soweit verändert, dass bei rechtzeitiger Meldung die Frist so legen lässt, dass es zu keiner Zahlung nach dem Umzug kommt."

Zumindest bei VF gilt das, ob die Ex-Um schon nachgezogen hat, keine Ahnung

@Díaz_de_Vivar Bei VFW gilt nach wie vor die alte Regelung. Und da wir nicht wissen, aus welchem Bundesland der TE kommt, ist das Rätselraten. Aber auch hier gilt bei VFD: (Umzugs-)Meldung = Start der Kündigungsfrist.

@Torsten Ich wollte nur nochmal auf diese neue Regelung hinweisen. Leider ist das halt immer noch nicht auf den entsprechenden Seiten geändert und leider gibt es halt immer noch dieses Durcheinander. Das hätte man wesentlich besser lösen können. Ist halt einfach ein Widerspruch, wenn man so tut, als sei man eine Firma

"Unitymedia ist jetzt Vodafone"

steht hier Vodafone Unitymedia, aber trotzdem gibt es in verschiedenen Bereichen unterschiedliche Regelungen. Gerade hier bei Sonderkündigung nach TKG wäre es keine große Sache, die Bearbeitungsweise zu vereinheitlichen. In diesem thread spielt es ja eh keine große Rolle, wichtig ist nur, dass der TE schnellstmöglich seinen Umzug mitteilt.
