Moving abroad

Good afternoon,

I have a contract with Vodafone Kabel but I musted leave Germany and go to live in latinametica. I went to a Vodafone Shop and they tried to help me. They took my information (my numbers of contracts and client and my Abmeldung document) and sent a message to end my contract. The employer who help me said to me that I musted send the equipments to Vodafone, which I did and I received a confirmation per email of that they were received. But I have received a document that says that I must send my "Nachricht" again. I don't understand what else should I do in order to cancel my contract and that's why I am writing here.

I need help, my german is not good, I am in latinametica and I thought that I have done the process in a right way. I have the Abemeldung, the document that I got in the Vodafone shop and the email that says that my equipments were received. What should I do?

please have a look at this thread. There is the procedure for a move explained. Please report the move there so that it can be processed correctly.
