Adding DSL Contract to My Vodafone Account

Hello

I already have a MyVodafone account associated with my mobile contract, and I wanted to add my DSL to the same account so I can check my bills etc. In fact I have 2 DSL contracts I want to add.

In order to do so I need to enter my DSL online registration codes which I don't have.

How I can retrieve this Registration Codes? As they are old contracts, I don't have the respective papers.

please send me a PN with your customer data (customer number, name and date of birth of the contract holder, e-mail address).

I will then send you the code again by e-mail.

for which contract do you need the activation code? Just write me here the last 4 digits of the customer number.

Dear All,

I have received 2 activations codes to enable me to have the online registration into the Portal and track my invoicing .

However....I have received the codes in a format of XXXXX-YYYYY-ZZZZZ , that means I received 15 digits 5digits x3 fields , when the portal to link to add my contracts , requiring the registration code is 5X5 digit fields......so what is the delta here?

I am missing another 10 digits? or I need to fill the rest in certain way.

Cannot be so difficult....as I expect that the requirement from your portal should be a generic format...

Hi Kechrs,

please note that you have cable contracts. If you want to register please select cable not DSL. Then it should work.

Thank you it worked for the contract ending in xxxxx6668. Question -> Can I have access in my bills back from 2019 ...as it seems that gets back to 12 months, where in my Cell contract goes back to 2019 .... Is that possible somehow to receive billing history as one off request from your database history if not possible in the portal?

For some reason though it didn't work for the contract ending in xxxxx7907 , when I have enter the contract number and the activation code provided , then the portal notified me that something is wrong and then blocked me for 24 hours ....

Hi Kechrs,

correct, only the last 13 months are stored. I will send a copy of the invoices from 2019 to your email address.

You only get one internet and phone contract in the MyVodafone. For the second contract, you would have to create a second account for the MyVodafone and enter the activation code from the 7907 there.

Thanks for the swift response . I will create a new account for the 2nd contract.

Appreciate the support on providing the 2019 invoices as one off.

As I need the invoices for Tax purposes, may I ask also the 2 first invoices for 2020 , Jan-Feb

Also I need the historical invoices for the contract ending in 7907 from Jan 2019 up to March 2020.

I believe by having these we can close succesfully the loop of the request.

As per my last note, can you also send me the 2019 invoices by email for the contract xxxxx7907 as well.
