    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I moved to a new flat which is Vodafone only, and I made the request of a new contract before moving to my new flat. I didnt receive any mail neither post from them as an order confirmaiton and now I am missing the following data&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG border="0" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2021-04-30 at 19.14.24.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/94718i1C9431FF51888390/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screenshot 2021-04-30 at 19.14.24.png" alt="Screenshot 2021-04-30 at 19.14.24.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I am stuck with out being able to see any invoices of my contract because I already register my self before receiving any confirmation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I complaing through customer services and they said as I only speak english I should post this on a forum instead of reaching out to them…&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What shall I do now? To whom should I reach to get that information and be able to see my contract???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- FB&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV style="font-family:Vodafone;font-size:13.5pt;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi fbricenho,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;you can add the contract only after you have received the order confirmation.
