Hello. I am a new customer. I haven't received an invoice from you yet. My mother should pay 43 euros, but her invoice is around -100 euros. You've probably mixed up my contract with my mom's contract again. We have the same surname and the same address because we live in one house but in separate apartments. We have two different separate DSL internet contracts. So why is my internet on her bill? Your mistakes are getting boring. Fix it right once and for all.

Hello TheNywa,

nothing went wrong. Your contract is dated 09.06.2021 and today is 14.06.2021... simply no invoice has been issued for your contract yet, it is still very fresh.

A small tip for your mother's bill: You should check whether it is not a credit note (minus before the amount).
