&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please guide me through the steps to cancel my existing contract (verftragsnummber: &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;XXX&lt;/FONT&gt;) since I no longer want to continue with Vodafone and I already signed a contract with a new internet provider?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to login/ register in the meinvodafone portal, but it does not accept my credentials and it was impossible to renew the password. Since I do not know my password, I was not able to reach you via Customer Service as it also requires the credentials while sending the message.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since you are posting here in the cable internet area, you can simply fill out, sign and submit a porting order to your new provider. He then takes care of everything else.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The term and the latest receipt of termination are stated on your invoice. If you are still outside the notice period, you will receive a confirmation of termination from Vodafone a few days after receiving the porting request, stating the time of the end of the contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;But be aware that the notice period usually is 3 months to the end of the term - in case this period has already passed, your contract has already renewed and there's nothing that you (or your new provider) can do about it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And there is also no "immediate" cancellation - you can only cancel to the end of the term whereas your cancellation notice (in German language) -or- the porting request (by your new provider) has to be received at least outside of that notice period (e.g. at latest 3 months before the end of the term in case your notice period is 3 months).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
