Hi Support team,
My contract supposes to be terminated on 07/27/2021.
How can I cancel my contract? Unfortunately, I don't speak fluent Deutsch, so Can you guide me with English Operator?
Please cancel the termination.

If the contract runs until 07/27/2021, it is already being extended until 07/27/2022, because the period of notice of 3 months at the end of the term applies.
You can submit your cancellation using the contact form in MeinVodafone or you can write a letter to the address given on the invoice.

And please note that the cancellation has to be sent in German language - as this is the sole contractual language.

But as @Torsten already pointed out - it is too late to cancel the contract for this year, so it will auto-extend for next year and you would have to cancel it until 3 months before the end of the term, most presumably end of April in your case, to stop the contract from auto-extending for another year...

Thanks for the answer, 24 July 2021 is the last day I can cancel my contract. I have a look at mein vodafone, but I cannot find any valuable information. Should I send them email or mail?

And, I used to be Unitymedia customer which Vodafone bought it. So I am not an original Vodafone customer. Is there anything I have to mention. What information they need in the letter.

If you are in NRW, Hessen or BW you can write an email . Write in your customer data (name, adress and customer number).

why do you want to cancel your contract? Do you have any problems with your connection?
