Access to 2020 invoices

Hi there,

I need an access to my internet and phone invoices from January to June 2020. Ufortunately they are no longer available on the website. Could please send them to me by mail or email?

I tried to call the number 0800-66 48 390 but it is impossible to talk to the bot since I call from mobile phone.

Hi Daveed,

we can send you the copies of the invoices. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.

Thomas has sent you the invoices via mail. The address is correct. 😉 Sometimes it takes a little bit longer. Did you receive them now? If not check the spam folder, too.

I received the email at night. Thank you for quick reaction 🙂 On the side note, I don't get why those invoices are not in our profiles, it cannot be storage problem since each one is 11KB. Just wasting time to ask for them.
