Vodafone charging for vodafone security which i don't use

Before accepting the contract over telephone I clearly mentioned that I would not need the Vodafone security package. The vodafone personnel on the otherside of the phone also promised not to include that Vodafone security package with my contract. Later I have never activated the Vodafone security option.

Now in the bills for last few months I can see that Vodafone is charging 3.99 Euro every month as Vodafone security package charge.

Please stop charging this and refund all the extra charges you have collected from my bank account.

you have an order confirmation in which everything is listed. The security package should also be listed there. You can cancel it via the contact form, but we can't give you a refund.
