Since I have until June 19th to decide whether to extend my contract with you, I have a few questions for you:

1- If my contract is automatically renewed, at what rate is it renewed?

2- Since I have better prices from other providers, I want to know your best price offer.

3- If your offer was more suitable than the others, how should I renew my contract?

which federal state are you from? Is it DSL, mobile or cable? Have you already looked in your customer account to see what options are available for you to change your contract?
