Dear Vodafone team,

I would like support please to discuss the letter sent to me as I have cancelled my contract.

I would be happy to discuss any new offers for renewal, but unfortunatley my German language is not good enough for a conversation with your customer service call centre - they keep hanging up when I ask for someone to speak in English.

Hi Minaamhaq,

unfortunately, we cannot make any offers here to withdraw the termination. Do you perhaps have an friend who can take over the phone call for you in your presence?
