Change tarrif after 1 year / Cable

I have had Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable for over a year, and would like to change to a lower tarrif. There is no self-service option. The speed i get typically is maximum 250mb (with lan cable), so paying €69.99 for 1000 is not so nice.

Can i change this via a forum representative?

can you tell me which German state you are from? Does the order confirmation state that you can switch after 12 months?

I live in Hamburg. Its difficult to find that information on mein.vodafone.de

Vodafone web shows:

Vertragsbeginn: 16.11.2019

Frühestmögliches Vertragsende:16.11.2021

Letztmöglicher Kündigungseingang bis:23.08.2021

I dont see the Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable for 39.99 euros/month, on the website.

I see only Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable for 39.99 /month (ignoring the discounted start period)

(Bis zu 250 Mbit/s im Download und 25 Mbit/s im Upload)

If Red Internet 200 is my only option, I will take it if the 250 is not available.
