I am currently having Red Internet & Phone cable tarrif . As per the contract I can change to lower at the 6th month. Please if you could help me change to lower tarrif.

For the Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable you pay € 29.99 for the remaining 18 contract months from the first day, as you already received the extremely reduced price of € 19.99 for the contracted tariff 6 months beforehand.

Hi AsieduGH_family,

I have initiated the change to the 50 tariff. This will take place at the end of the first 6 months (05 July 2021). There are no costs. Do you have any further questions?
