Canceled Contract and Left Germany but Still Receiving Bills

Hi there,

My name is Xiaoqing Gao and I used to be a UnityMedia/Vodafone Kabel customer in Frankfurt am Main. I left Germany for good on December 9th 2020. On December 8th 2020, I visited the Vodafone shop on Leipziger Str. in Frankfurt and cancelled my Kabel contract and shipped the devices back to Unitymedia. But I have been receiving monthly bills from Vodafone and also Paigo via email since then. I contacted Vodafone customer service via the online form but got no response. Could anyone from Vodafone team here please kindly help me out with this?

Hi Xiaoqing,

sorry to keep you waiting.

I have just taken a closer look at your request. If you move abroad, you have a special right of termination. This is 3 months to the end of the month and starts from the date on your deregistration.

Hi R4mona,

I just sent you my Abmeldung via private message. I visited the Vodafone shop on Leipziger Str. in Frankfurt before I left Germany, and the guy there made a copy of my Abmeldung and gave me the return label to ship the cable back to the company. So I suppose all the termination should be done already.
