Router was sent back to Vodafone. Not sure how to proceed

Hello,

I would appreciate any help in this matter, as I cannot seem to get in touch with Vodafone by phone.

In short, I am moving houses and bought an internet package/connection for the new place. However, it seems like Vodafone sent the router a touch too quickly/before I was able to move in. Of course, since DHL was not able to find my name at the door, they simply sent the router back.

My question is what can i do to request vodafone to send me the router again? I would truly like to be able to get stuff going at the new apartment as soon as possible.
