Change DSL contract to cable

Hi,

I am waiting for cable installation in my building, but it keeps postponing, so I first want to make a contract with DSL which is possible instantly for my convenience and then change the contract to cable as soon as it's ready.

Is this possible to upgrade the DSL contract to the cable contract without any extra charge?

is cable even available at the address at the moment? If not, the only option is to order DSL. A later switch to cable should then also be possible.
