Hallo, ich habe gerade mein Red Internet und Phone 1000 Kabel erhalten. Ich habe versucht, es selbst zu installieren, aber es hat keine Internetverbindung. Kann mir jemand helfen, einen Termin für einen Techniker zu buchen? Mein Deutsch ist nicht sehr gut, daher ist ein Anruf bei der Hotline schwierig.

aus welchem Bundesland kommst Du? Woran genau scheitert die Installation?

Thank you for the response, yes, English would be great.

To answer your question, state is NRW.

I tried to install the router - I connected the cable to the data connection socket and turned it on. The Internet indicator is only blinking red.

Thank you for the response.

Unfortunately, it is still not working. The router is connected to the power source and data cable socket. The internet indicator is still blinking red.

I am thinking if the cable socket has connection in the first place, because I think the router setup is fine.
