Vodafone-Neukunde in BW (15.04.21): kein Benutzername/Passwort

Hallo,

Ich bin ein neuer Vodafone-Kunde in Baden-Württemberg (seit 15.04.21).
Ich habe gesehen, dass Vodafone gerade Unitymedia gekauft hat, also bin ich vorerst bei Unitymedia (auch wenn ich mich bei Vodafone angemeldet habe).

Mein Problem ist, dass ich keine Möglichkeit habe, auf meinen persönlichen Bereich zuzugreifen (mit Vodafone oder Unitymedia):
- Ich habe bei der Registrierung kein Login/Passwort gewählt
- Ich habe keinen Online-Registrierungscode erhalten
- Meine Kundennummer wird nicht erkannt (mit oder ohne "-VF" am Ende).

Können Sie mir helfen, dieses Problem zu lösen?
Ich möchte den Bridge-Modus meines Routers aktivieren und auch meine Telefonnummer ändern (im Moment eine französische Nummer).

Bitte entschuldigen Sie mein Deutsch, ich bin ein Franzose, der vor kurzem nach Deutschland gezogen ist.

New Vodafone customer in BW (15.04.21): no username/password

I am a new Vodafone customer in Baden-Württemberg (since 15.04.21).
I saw that Vodafone has just bought Unitymedia, so I am affiliated with Unitymedia for the time being (even though I have registered with Vodafone).

My problem is that I have no way to access my personal space (with Vodafone or Unitymedia):
- I did not choose any login/password when I registered
- I did not receive an online registration code
- My customer number is not recognized (with or without "-VF" at the end).

Can you help me to solve this problem?
I would like to activate the bridge mode of my router and also change my phone number (for now a French number).

Please excuse my German, I am a Frenchman who recently moved to Germany.

In order to register as a Vodafone West customer at MeinVodafone, you need your customer number and your date of birth. It is also important that you use a browser, as the app is unfortunately not yet fully usable. The following video shows you how to proceed.
