To whom it may concern,

I am going to leave Germany and want to cancel my contract with Vodafone.

As far as I know, I have to have a deregistration form and send a request to the company.

However, are there any specific forms to fill? I find this form online :

Hi alan721,

if you want to terminate the contract due to a move, please report this via our online move service. The colleagues there will take care of everything else. You will then also receive a confirmation with all information about the return of the hardware.

Thank you very much for your quick response. I want to do it online but I can't find my online registration code (Online-Registrierungscode) to add my contract to this account and manage the cancellation online. Can I pm you my personal and contract information to get the online registration code?
