New Appointment needed

Hello,

the technician was at my apartment today but he said that the phone box is in another building. I was never told this information before and I of course don't have the keys to the other building. So now I have talked to the Hausmeister and he will unlock the building on the appointment day.
I need a new appointment as soon as possible please. How can I request for one ?

Are you using a dsl or cable contract?
