I applied for termation of my Giga TV Box contract, in month of Feb 2021, I have received email from vodafone, please see the email in attachment, so my quastion is how much time you will take time to complete the process?.

the cancellation has already been processed and confirmed by e-mail on 11.03.

But could you please tell me hw much time it will take? Bcoz money deducted from my account and I am not working now a days, Could please tell me why money is deducting from my account?

the monthly costs for your contract will be charged to you until the termination date.

Hi Amol03,

the contracts end on 01.02.2023. This is also stated in the confirmation of termination.

My contract termination date is 02.01.2023, And curretly I am getting charges 14.99 Euro, so after 12 months the changes will same ot it will increase? please let me know.

the costs do not change after 12 months.
