Hi,

I requested by email a contract resolution because I will leave Germany in the end of May.

You answered me sending the resolution format letter to return the modem (as you can find in attachment).
My request was for the 31th of May, not for now! I still need to use internet in these last 4 weeks and I want to be sure that there was not any misunderstanding.

Please send me the following data via private message:

- Customer number

- Name

- Date of birth

- current address

- new address

- date of move.
