I am still being billed after having cancelled my contract before leaving Germany in December. I have a letter from Vodafone acknolodging my cancelation. I have been deducted two payments of 61$ this month and last month with no justifiation to what its for. I would like to make sure my contract is cancelled and know why I am still being charged.

Which date is confirmed in your cancellation letter from Vodafone? If the contract is still running, Vodafone bills till the confirmed contract ending.

The letter I received translated, shows dates of cancelation June 14 2020.

Hello joe04,

if we cannot continue to serve you at your new address, your contract will be terminated with 3 months' notice in accordance with the Telecommunications Act. Did you mean June 14, 2021 as the termination date?

I left Germany December 2020 and terminated all Vodafone products security, router/ internet. My bank account shows deductions from Vodafone Kabel as well as Vodafone Deutsc- every month since I left. The date stated in the letter says 14 June 2020.

- Name

- Date of birth

- old address in Germany.

with the letter of 09.12. we have confirmed that your contract will end on 21.04.2021. Therefore, the contract was also calculated until then.
