Hi!

I've tried to use Umzugsservice to move my contract to a different address. I've put my new address and got this screen:

I clicked "Zum Angebot" and saw this:

Is it possible to change the address online?

Hi Lenar,

it looks like Internet via cable is not available at the new address. Therefore, a DSL connection is suggested as an alternative. Hence the reference to the phone number. Have you called there?

I've tried, but unfortunately, my German is not enough to explain the situation 😞 Called several times but was not lucky enough to get an English-speaking operator.

Your colleague has called. He terminated my cable contract and signed me up for a DSL at my new address. Thank you very much!
