      <title>Changing from Unitymedia to Vodafone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I signed a contract for the internet package "2play FLY 400" with Unitymedia, back in June 2019. In January 2021 I received a call from Vodafone, that I can upgrade my internet by changing from unitymedia to vodafone and my Unitymedia contract would be cancelled directly. Although I have the new internet package from Vodafone, since the end of the January, my old contract is not cancelled and I have to pay for both internet packages since then (3 months already) I wrote several emails and made several calls but the issue is still not solved. I would like to ask why does it take so long to cancel a contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
