Cancellation of Kabelcom Braunschweig contract

Hi,

I will be moving from Braunschweig to Berlin in June 2021. I took an internet connection from Vodafone- 250 Mbps and Kabelcom Braunschweig contract in February 2021.

I want to take over my vodafone internet contract to the new house in Berlin, but cancel the Kabelcom Braunschweig contract. The new apartment in Berlin has optic cable connection and the charges are already included in my rent.

I would like to know how to cancel Kabelcom Braunschweig contract alone, without canceling the vodafone internet contract.
