Hello team,

I have a two queries

1) Safety packets free for the first 2 months. I have given termination for this via Online kabel.vodafone.de/hilfe_und_service/kuendigung/zusatzdienste but I dint get any feedback or mail for that. I am not sure whether it's canceled or not. Can someone check it ??

2) I have a Giga TV cable and a free Vodafone Premium cable for 2 months. I want to cancel that also. can someone help us with that. ?

Ich habe zwei Rückfragen

1) Safety Packets kostenlos für die ersten 2 Monate. Ich habe diese über Online https://kabel.vodafone.de/hilfe_und_service/kuendigung/zusatzdienste gekündigt, aber ich habe keine Rückmeldung oder Mail dazu bekommen. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es gekündigt ist oder nicht. Kann das jemand überprüfen?

2) Ich habe ein Giga TV Kabel und ein kostenloses Vodafone Premium Kabel für 2 Monate. Ich möchte das auch stornieren. kann mir jemand dabei helfen. ?

1) Yesterday I did the Termination of safety package in online.

2) For Vodafone Premium Cable (TV): I don't have any idea how to cancel or terminate the monthly charges.

I am currently living in Bavaria. My contract starts 2 months before (January 2021), so I would like to cancel the Safety Package and Vodafone Premium Cable (TV) before the charge every month.

ich wohne derzeit in Bayern. Mein Vertrag beginnt 2 Monate vorher (Januar 2021), daher würde ich gerne das Sicherheitspaket und Vodafone Premium Kabel (TV) vor der monatlichen Belastung kündigen.
