Help Request: Change my Bank details

I have Cable Internet service. I want to change my bank details. I tried to change it in the website but it keeps rejecting the new IBAN. I do not speak fluent German so I cannot call the help line, they said to post here.

Can anyone help me update my Direct Debit with a new IBAN & BIC?

I'm glad the post was still seen. I was afraid if it wasn't near the top it might be overlooked. Thank you, and I am currently in Rheinland-Pfalz, west of Kaiserslautern.

Hi Kyle,

we do not miss anything, do not panic

Please send me the following data via private message:

- Customer number

- Name

- Address

- Date of birth

- new IBAN

- new BIC

- Bank name.

Message me briefly here in the thread when you have sent the PM.

We placed your new bank account into your customer account. Future invoices will be deducted from this bank account.
