English Support needed

Hello,

I have cancelled my contract on 2020 July. Still I am getting deduction from my account. One person from vodafone informed me that the contract cancelled on 2020 october, And he promissed that vodafone will reimburse the money deducted from me from November, I have not recieved any reimbursement from Vodafone. Vodafone is still stealing money from my account. This is not fair. Please address my concern Vodafone team. Last month you deducted 100 euros from bank account, I have not used vodafone connection from 2019 November

Please reimburse my money and stop deducting money from my account.

which German state do you come from? What kind of contract is it exactly? Have you received a confirmation of termination?

Sorry for the late reply. I thought I will receive a notification in email if I get a reply. Somehow I missed it.

I am currently living in Munich. I am mentioning about the account I was using it in Berlin. I have the router hardware with me. One of the vodafone service person informed me that the account is closed on October.

ok, then I guess that the cable router was charged and that's why the debit occurred now. Why did you not send it back?

Please send me the customer number, name, date of birth and address (old and new) by private message. Write briefly here in the thread when you have sent the PM.

As suspected, the cable router was billed. You were informed about the return in the letter dated 14.06.2020. Please send the cable router to the following address:

Contact us about 1 week after the shipment here. If the receipt is visible in the system, I can refund the lump sum. The other payments have already been corrected. Therefore you have received money from us in February.

Hello,

I have sent the router and I have received the confirmation from Vodafone regarding my device shipment.

Can you please credit the money back to my bank account?

Also there are some deductions after October which is not reverted to bank account. I would like to send the details over a private chat. Can you please open a private chat for me to explain about the situation?

we have commissioned the credit and transfer. What’s the other booking about? A transfer to your account has already been made in February.
