Hello Vodafone team,

On the 3rd of December, I have been charged 97,47 euro for Nichtrücksendung W-LAN eMTA.

On the 17th of February, I have received confirmation from Vodafone Logistik that the device has been received.

I kindly ask you to check your system and release the credit, if possible.
