How to Cancel contract

Hello Vodafone ,

I am moving to new adress and in my new adress , landlord do not allow Vodafone connection.

Building has agrrement with another serivce provider. Hence i wan to close my DSL/internet connection with Vodafone . Could you please help me , where i submmit this request?

Hello Routernotdelive,

you still have to report a move. If the connection is available, it will actually move with it. Your landlord would then have to give you an official letter, which you have to send in as proof.

Please report the move to the relocation service.
