I had requested a new broadband connection under my name: ***. One of your Vodafone customer support executives called me on 24th Feb 2021 and confirmed my order but I've NOT received any order confirmation email or Vodafone broadband box at my address: ***

Could you please be so kind and let me know my order status.

Thanks for getting back. Yes, i'd specified the date of installation i.e. 2nd March and also the doorbell and letterbox are correctly labelled with my name.

i found your data in the system. But the order was only placed yesterday. The transfer of orders can sometimes take a while. You will receive the router and the order confirmation in the next few days.
