    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've already requested termination of my contract. However I have received contract cancellation confirmation from August 2021. I have already requested for termination in December 2020. Since I would be moving out of Germany in next week do I need to still pay until August? This is unfair as I have informed about termination 4 months before. Please note my bank account also won't be active. I am trying to reach customer care via phone I'm not been able to.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I approached store I was mentioned that with abmeldung document my contract will get canceled from March.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please confirm this ..       <description>&lt;P&gt;In accordance with the telecommunications law, you have to pay for at least 3 more months beginning by the day your movement notice is received by Vodafone but the earliest beginning by the day you move. This also includes that you have to provide (official) proof that you've moved - e.g. a copy of the deregistration letter.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So if you leave Germany next week, it'd be 3 months starting by next week, not earlier, even if you noticed Vodafone in December last year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You have to use the relocation form, not the normal contact form. In the relocation form, you do not have to write any free text, which is why a reference to the forum is unnecessary due to the English language.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This has also worked for other English-speaking customers so far.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Grit&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
