New address, new contract

21.2. I requested Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable for my future new address from 15.3.

I did not receive the documents by e-mail so I think that Vodafon has sent documents by post on my future new address.

To whom and how should I notify that the documents be sent to my current address?

welcome to our Community.

Why did you requested a new contract. Is moving the current contract to the new address is no option for you?

If you just order a contract for the new address, this will not automatically cancel the old one.
