Adding contract in the user portal

Hello,

I've been trying to add contract in my account in the user portal using the initial activation code that my wife and I received back in 2017, but it never worked. Now my wife switched the account to my name and I tried to add the contract again, but still no luck. Can I request a new activation code or whatever is needed in this case to finally complete this process? I use the same email address for user portal as the one where I get monthly invoices for cable internet. Could you please help with this matter?
