Dear Sir / Madam,
Apologies for writing in English, my German is not very good. As part of my Giga-Combi contract, I hold also two contracts for Television.

Due to some recent issue in my house that I called your engineer out for, I am no longer able to use the Co-Axial cables in my home, meaning I cannot use the Kabel TV boxes I have.
Therefore I would like to see about changing the my two contracts from the legacy "Komfort HD" packages into a SINGLE new GIGA TV Cable.
To be clear, I would like to CANCEL one of my contracts. For the other, I would like to convert it to the GIGA TV Cable contract but WITHOUT the English channel option and Premium HD Options.

I got redirected from the "KabelKundenservice" to the forum, so I hope you can help me here.
Please advise how I can progress.

if you want tot cancel a contract or product, you can do that via this online form.

For changing one of your contracts into GigaTV, we can have a look. Please send me a private message with the following information:
