      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hallo,&lt;BR /&gt;I am Italian and I live in Leipzig. Since I am moving next week, I asked for a 1000 Mbit/s connection on the internet and I received a call from an operator last Friday.&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately, I cannot speak good German and the operator was very rude and annoyed with me. When I asked if I could talk with someone in English, he answered me that I am in Germany, so I must speak german. Then he closed the call.&lt;BR /&gt;My question is: are you still interested in subscribing to a contract with me? Or should I go to O2 or Telekom?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am very sorry because I chose Vodafone since it is the best service, and now I am forced to change my plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kind regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Mariaines Di Dato&lt;/P&gt;</description>
