Hello. I need to change my payment method. I can't change my bank details for SEPA payment because the system does not accept my Portuguese IBAN number and I can't find an option to pay in some other way. I have been trying to do this for two months now by phone and by mail. Please let me know how to do this.
Really bad customer service up to this moment. I would really like to pay my bills in time, please help me do this. Best wishes,

your name

your address

date of birth

your customer number

IBAN and SWIFT Code

Please reply here when you have sent the private message. And please tell me, to which date we should change the bank account.
