I'm afraid I don't quite understand.

Did you have cable internet connections at multiple addresses? If so, do these contracts also have terms.

If you cancel these contracts, they will only be terminated at the end of the terms. The termination dates are then stated in the termination confirmations for these contracts.

that's correct. But in some of them and although we had requested to be cancelled and they're still being invoiced. To whom i can address these issues?

please have a lokk to the contract papers. With the customer data in this papers you can address your cancellation request via this cancellation form.

you can find the necessary contact data for your business contracts also in you papers. But the language might be a problem. Do you have colleagues who can discuss this in German?
