Termination of Contract

Hello,

I have been using Vodafone internet connection since last August(2020). The contract is for two years, but I have to move into a student dorm where a highspeed internet connection exits which includes my rent. So I am requesting Vodafone team to help me for the termination of this contract.

I hope you will help me about this matter as soon as possible.

I want to cancel my contract from first March 2021 as I am moving out on this day.

I hope you will instruct me when I have to return the device which came to me from vodafone.

you must report your move to the removal service, we cannot accept this here. If the contract at the new address is not possible, the colleagues will also take care of the termination in accordance with the Telecommunications Act.
