      <title>Incorrect Billing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;long story short, customer id :&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;***&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Invoice &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;***&lt;/FONT&gt;, the bill was for € 65.34&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First time I paid it in Rossmann &lt;FONT&gt;€&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;65.34 on 09.02.2021&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The second time there was an auto-debit to my bank account on 12.02.2021&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Therefore I request my bank to revoke this payment and it's now been done.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I revoked the payment only because the money was auto-debited for the money which I already paid.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now in my Vodafone portal, it shows me (&lt;FONT&gt;02/16/2021&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Flat rate return debit&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;€ 4.50 ???&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please remove this &lt;FONT&gt;Flat rate return debit&lt;/FONT&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

When I don't pay the bill on time, Vodafone is levying me penalty and reminder fee and so on right? likewise, if you debit money from my account in advance will you pay me interest for it? then why should my money be with you in advance when you levy a penalty for late payment?&amp;nbsp; When it is for you a different law and set of rules and if it is your customer it is a different law or rules is it so?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It's not a Vodafone issue or problem, because you initiated the revoking. 4.50$ is simply the price for revoking a payment, according to the contract and AGB you signed for. It's exactly that written down. Best solution: Don't revoke payments (without contacting your contract partner).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
