      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Giga Kombi contract including cable internet with Vodafone and normally, there is a fee of 2.99€/month that I am paying for activation of the wireless option of the router. I wanted to cancel this via form in "MeinVodafone" on 10.12.2020, however, there is no action since then and I am still paying for this option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My German is not good and I cannot have this solved on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me with this detail?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cable_not_cabel&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I signed in to&amp;nbsp;kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel with my login account and then followed these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Frage Julia&amp;gt;I typed WLAN-OPT Kündigung&amp;gt;as an answer, there was an option for "email", I clicked that&amp;gt;a form openned and I write "I want to cancel wlan-opt"&amp;gt; I send the form&amp;gt;I received a confirmation email from Vodafone Customer Service stating my form has gone successfully (I attached it in this message as well).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I believe I didn't do anything wrong but it is a bit annoying for me to pay extra two months for this service although I wanted to cancel it as it was indicated on vodafone's systems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I added screenshots from the steps I explained above:&lt;/P&gt;

With that proof, I edited the cancellation for the WiFi-option to 7. January 2021.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And I deleted &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN dir="LTR" style="font-family:Vodafone;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;font-size:18px;color:#000000;"&gt;the attachment&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;because of your private mail address.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Stephan&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
