Hello,

I have moved to Heilbronn in a student accommodation managed by Studierendenwerk Heidelberg and I am not allowed to have any private internet connection. I have given termination notice for my apartment in Magdeburg which ends on March 31st, 2021. You are requested to cancel my Vodafone internet contract after the month of March 2021. (31st March should be the last day)

Because you do have a contract with Vodafone, the contract regularly ends at the date you both agreed.

In a case of relocation and if Vodafone can't offer a connection at the new flat, you are allowed to end the contract after a 3 months time line (starting with the date you tell Vodafone of your relocation).

There's one slight note:

In case you note Vodafone before relocating, the 3 months period starts by the day of your move.

In case you note Vodafone after relocating, the 3 months period starts by the day your notice is received.

So in either way, you will at least have to pay for 3 more months after moving.

Please send us an email to kundenservice@unitymedia.de.

Write as subject: Cancellation due to relocation.

Please do not forget the following information in the letter:

Your customer number, full name, address (old and new), date of birth, customer number, date of relocation.

Our colleagues will give you an answer as soon as possible.
