Internet is really bad

For the last weeks, I noticed that I am having an extremely slow internet. So I kept tracking the internet speed and I get maximum 4 mbps specially from the afternoon until late night, which is impossible to even watch a Youtube video. And I need the internet at home since I workd from home and I am not allowed to go to the office!

I need someone to check what is going on around my area because I am not the only one who is having the same problem.

the load in the evening is temporarily high but not permanently. Please leave 1 - 2 speedtests here when the line collapses again.
