    <description>&lt;P&gt;I see that my previous question was taken down, not sure why. But Im still seeking for help...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;I signed up Red Internet &amp;amp; Phone 100 Cable and contract started from 05/01/2020. The self&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;installation has failed, unfortunatly I have start informing and running around customer service in&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;this forum from past 1 month. I have been paying bills from past 7 months without using the&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;internet. Finally, a few days back one modarator contacted and asked details to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;troubleshoot. Today, one of the staff from "BHS Elektronik GmbH" contated me informed, there is&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;no possibility to install "Red Internet &amp;amp; Phone 100 Cable".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;I'm really disspointed Vodafone started my contract "Red Internet &amp;amp; Phone 100 Cable" and&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;charging me without checking these plans / services not even available in my address.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Hello, 4 months back I got vodafone station, I have connected cables like they mentioned in the manual. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I see the DOCSIS offline. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I have not been able to use the Internet for past 4 months. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Seems self installation failed. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;How to solve this issue?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

I have also arranged for the charged or debited amounts to be written off. Until November, no charges were debited because they were repaid by the credit notes at the beginning of the contract. We now have to debit these credits to the customer account. The settlement will then take place, so that the amounts for November and December will be refunded. Please be patient, it will take a while. What about the rest refund 78.88 Euros? I paid 7 months(July to December) bill; &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;7x19.49 Euros=136.43 Euros&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I have already confirmed that I received amount(57.55 Euros) in Febraury. Also, in above comments one of moderator confirmed that "rest amount" has been taken care. We debited 17.94 euros in October 2020, 19.49 euros each in November and December, and 0.64 euros in January. The remaining amounts were covered by a credit note.
